INGREDIENTS:
4 cups packed mixed greens
1 pint fresh organic blackberries (raspberries are optional)
½ medium sized cucumber, chopped
¼ cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon fresh lemon zest
DRESSING:
Juice 1 large organic lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, blackberries, sliced cucumber, almonds, and lemon zest.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, sesame seeds, chopped fresh dill, sea salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
Pour the dressing over the blackberry salad and gently toss to combine.
