A Grim Trilogy is a superhero crime thriller told from the viewpoint of the villains. Grim Ambition, the first in the trilogy, is highly rated since its release a the end of March 2017. Its highly anticipated sequel, Grim Judgment, was just released July 28, 2017. The third and final installment is expected to come out in the fall of the same year.
In between the full length novels you can find short story interludes. Grim Inception, the prequel to the trilogy, which takes place two years prior and shows events leading up to the superhero Grim, is available, as is Grim Misfortune, the short story between books one and two. These are not needed to enjoy the trilogy, or can be read as stand alone stories without having read any Grim before. But of course, they greatly enhance the trilogy by going more in depth, giving you more character development and explaining questions you may have after reading the books.
