- Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine the yogurt, lemon juice, half of the minced garlic, half of the grated ginger, and half of the spices. Add the chicken pieces and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
- Preheat the broiler to high. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers and place on a broiler pan. Broil for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the remaining minced garlic and grated ginger, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the remaining spices and cook for another minute.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Stir in the cream and cooked chicken, and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes, until the sauce has thickened. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
